Shipping Information

Does RepairParts.com.au ship overseas?: Yes, we ship overseas, however all orders are only limited to all states in Australia and New Zealand wide.

What are the shipping charges? We have several options for delivery for our customers:

  • Regular Australia Post: $6.50 for up to 500g sent via Australia Post. There is no order tracking for this shipping method, however it is the most economical. If order tracking is required, please select Courier/Express Post delivery.
     
  • Courier Delivery/Express Post: There is a flat fee of $10.95 for all Australian orders (up to 1kg) and $13.95 (for most orders over 1kg) & $8.50 for all New Zealand Orders (up to 0.5kg) and $16.90 for up to 1Kg. Shipping charges may, at times vary from product to product (regardless of weight). For unusually large or bulky items, additional charges may be incurred, however we will contact you first to confirm this - prior to you being charged. The most economical shipping method will be calculated and displayed automatically to you upon checkout.

What are the available shipping methods?: All domestic express orders are shipped either Australia Express Post or Go Logistics courier. If regular post is selected, it will be shipped via Australian Post. All NZ orders will be shipped via air freight.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?: Orders will be shipped after 1 business day of the order being placed.

Delivery times vary depending on order weight as this will determine the shipping courier company we use:

  • Courier/Express Post Delivery:
    • Up to 1 Kg: Next day delivery to all capital cities and longer outside metropolitan areas.
    • 1 Kg and over: 2-3 days to capital cities of NSW, QLD and VIC and up to 5 days for WA, SA and TAS.
    • New Zealand orders: Approx 2-4 days.
       
  • Regular Australia Post Delivery: Between 1-7 working days depending on the delivery address.

All orders placed before 5pm on a working day (Mon - Fri) will be processed and shipped the next following business day. Eg: an order placed at 8pm on a Saturday will not be shipped out until the next working day (Monday).


Does somebody need to be home to receive the package?: If the order is being sent via a courier service, then yes, a signature is required upon delivery. We recommend that you provide us with an address where somebody will be available to sign for the goods. If nobody is available at the shipping address, a card will be left for you to either arrange for an alternative time for delivery or pickup from your local post office (depending on the courier company used).


Does Circuit Central deliver to P.O. Box, Locked Bags or GPO box?: For orders over a specific value, we do not deliver to these addresses and a physical shipping address is required on all orders. It is up to our discretion if PO box address will be accepted. Please call if you wish to confirm.


Can I pickup my order?:  No, we do not offer pickups on orders. All orders are to be shipped out.
